Ideas & Suggestions

Ordering of vehicles in a single location in reverse order of most recently used

In locations where there are multiple cars assigned to a location, for example 15 cars all assigned to Newtown St Boswells. It would be beneficial if the cars were listed in order of the one at the top being the one that was last used/booked the longest time ago and the most recently booked showing at the bottom of the search results.

As users will invariably pick the vehicle at the top of a list this would ensure rotation of the use of vehicles. It would therefore reduce the propensity for flat batteries on the same cars in the same location.

This would significantly increase user experience and potentially reduce resource requirements for Co-wheels staff to visit cars, in particular for Local Authority users etc and would be of significant advantage when demonstrating the added value benefits of the TripIQ booking system over competitor booking systems
