Where accounts have auto-invite by email domain active it would be good for the Account Owner to receive an email notification that someone has joined. That would indicate that either they need to go in and approve or if the auto-approval is switched on , for awareness and intervention if the user has signed up inappropriately. This is something that a couple of LAs that we have mentioned the auto-invite function to have already mentioned
