To keep our branding consistent, create a better first impression with new members and speed up the process of getting our welcome letters out quickly it would be more efficient if Trip IQ could generate a mailmerged document from a template letter.
At the moment the customer service team hand write plain envelopes, which is time consuming and looks very unprofessional. We need to use properly branded window envelopes with an addressed, personalised letter to the new member.
Doing exports of the data is difficult to set up and more time consuming than hand writing them as data would need to be cut and pasted and re-formatted for a mail merge. But if Trip IQ had a standard welcome letter, or letters, and could automatically personalise and address it with a one button click the team could generate them as they verify them and get letter out with their card the same day.
