We have had another issue of a member not returning a car, based on webchat he applied using a pre-paid cc/dc. Now, we think we are getting the car back so that is good, but had we not or even if he does, if there isn't the money on his card then payment will fail. Not being too judgemental but general people who use prepaid credit/debit cards have poor or no credit history as such we would like to be able to refuse these cards if possible. Presume the 16 digit card number will have an identifier in it for this and hopefully this is something stripe would be able to identify and decline or within TripIQ
