Integrating TripIQ with our marketing mailing database to enable customer communication

We need to replace our current mailing system - Nation Builder - with one that can integrate fully with TripIQ so that we can collect as much customer data as possible at each stage and ensure they do not drop out but convert to customers.

Key reasons for the integration are:

  • Establishing and abandoned baskets workflow, so that potential customers who drop out before entering payment details or driver profiles are brought back into the process by nurturing them through a series of email communication.
  • Having an accurate member database so we can encourage further utilisation and bookings by using the data about their current booking status.

These can be achieved by using a marketing automation system such as Drip by Leadpages which integrates via the REST API and has already been integrated with our payment provider Stripe so it is aware of who are our active customers.

We need TripIQ to provide as much relevant data as possible about the customer/potential customer to develop campaigns and automations which will maximise our bookings, promotions and revenues.
