A live chat facility linked to the customer service team at Co-wheels would enable them to better help customers, especially if they have problems or questions about either the sign up process or their bookings while on TripIQ.
This has been successfully tested and implemented on our website using an application called Drift which also emable in-app communication once the TripIQ app is developed.
To enable this integrations@tripiq.eu has been invited to become a team member of the Co-wheels Drift account which will enable this to be implemented.
