Wouldn't it be great if the system automatically emailed people who had part completed their membership application process. Reminder after a couple days, offer after 10 days etc.
Although a great idea, this is something that can be achieved by analytics, click-path analysis and third-party CRMs (like the already-supported Intercom). We may consider implementing reminders in the future, but for now have no plans to develop this further.

By using the third party CRM/mailing database we can set up an abandoned basket automation which will encourage people back, but as stated here better implemented outside TripIQ as there is more flexibility in an external system to tailor it to each potential customer.
