ahh ok, just we seem to have bookings that have the monthly minimum charge credit against mileage, e.g. Booking: 8223830 - how do we go about getting this updated so that the mmc is just against hire time?
This feature has been implemented for quite a while (19th October 2016, in fact)!
You can choose whether a driving credit applies to either time, distance or either when adding credit to an account. You can also request (via Support) that the default be changed on a per-account or per-operator basis.
I was about to raise this however realised it was a previous idea in the system...
Could we have driving credits only being used on Hire time and not mileage? Mileage (Fuel) is an actual cost to the business therefore we want members paying for this, however if we want to give away free drive time, there is no monetary cost to .
