It would be useful if we could remove driving credits ourselves to save emailing yourselves to remove it. If there was an option to do this it would benefit our revenue that little bit extra. For example, recently we removed the £5 monthly fee from someone's account and credited the £5 charge. However, as we were unable to remove the driving credit in time that member went on to have £5 free use on one of our cars. If we had the option to remove driving credits ourselves that would have been £5 extra income.
