We are having issues with transactions under 50p as they are unable to be taken via stripe, and this is stopping members being able to make any further bookings due to the outstanding balance. The customer service team have been crediting these balances to allow members to make a new bookings, however this in turn loses us money. We have spoken to CS team and they are no longer going to credit these balances, however, we need a fix to allow members to make a booking if they have a balance that is below 50p and then could we have any balance below 50p added to the next transaction taken?
Hi Alex,
yeah i'd be happy with that, it would save the need for CS to credit the balance to allow member to make a booking and then for the time being we can manually reconcile balances that do not get taken automatically...
Thanks
Jo

Hi Jo,
Stripe's minimum charge amount for GBP is actually 30p. Currently any customer who holds a balance less than -£0.30 (or relevant currency cutoff) will be unable to make a booking until the balance is reconciled by Stripe. We are looking at ways to improve the charging/reconciling process but until then perhaps we could change the cutoff threshold to some multiplication of the minimum charge (i.e. * 5 = £1.50/€2.50, etc)?
