Can we remove the field for promotion code on the application page? There are currently two time which applicants are asked for the promotion code. If they don't supply on the second time then it is not applied on the application form (back office). Due to this people are being charged incorrectly regarding to the promotion.
If we can remove the first promotion code box (when you need to enter name/email address, then wait for email verification). Keeping the promotion code on for when setting up the account itself, it would stop confusion.
