To stay ahead of the pack we should plan for voice enablement of our app as some car clubs - such as Evo Car in Canada - are already doing so you can find and book a car just using Amazon Alexa enabled smart speakers. Now Apple have joined Amazon and Google in the smart speaker market and sales are rapidly increasing we need an enablement strategy to assess which technologies we need to plan for and when.
