When searching to make a new reservation, it would be good to have the registration showing along with the type of vehicle. This will allow us to make booking easier and to see which actual vehicle is being selected or available.

It would benefit the business for analytics and marketing if the following information were available on Accounts Exports Date of last booking made against the account Total Bookings made against the account - both of these would allow us to see...

We have had another issue of a member not returning a car, based on webchat he applied using a pre-paid cc/dc. Now, we think we are getting the car back so that is good, but had we not or even if he does, if there isn't the money on his card then ...

Wouldn't it be great if the system automatically emailed people who had part completed their membership application process. Reminder after a couple days, offer after 10 days etc.

Would allow customer service to be proactive for bookings that had failed to reach the vehicle and would therefore let the member down.
