Proactive application chasing
Wouldn't it be great if the system automatically emailed people who had part completed their membership application process. Reminder after a couple days, offer after 10 days etc.

Bookings not received by telematics show on dashboard
Would allow customer service and fleet people to be able to proactively manage car and telematics issues improving customer service. Also linked to notifications/emails

Bookings not recived by vehicle in the dashboard
Would allow customer service to be proactive for bookings that had failed to reach the vehicle and would therefore let the member down.

Remove use of contactless card from application form
Can we have the option for using a third party card from the registration form. This is not something that we currently offer anymore and we are getting multiple requests for this from potential members.
